These pictures show my grandmother and my great-grandmother. In the top one they are sitting on the steps at my great-grandmother's house on a spring day before I was born. The bottom one is a portrait of my great-grandmother; her name was California Parris.

Red Scrapbook Page Frames

A few months ago I bought these frames for 12 X 12 scrapbook pages at Michaels. There were only light blue, white, and red frames available. Red works okay with my kitchen "decor," but I rarely scrapbook 12 X 12 sized pages. I finally decided to devote one to each daughter and to try to change photos occasionally. Here they are!

Here's a family favorite, but I don't know if it's my brother's favorite! I somehow talked him into holding my baby doll, while Pollyanna held another one. He's a little taller than Pollyanna, but not much. A photo from around 1965 or 1966...
